Luxury New Build - Blagdon Hill, Somerset
This architect designed 4 bedroom house was commissioned to replace a 1970s steel framed property in a beautiful spot on the edge of the Blackdown Hills in Somerset. The brief was to produce a house that blended traditional materials with contemporary building designs to produce a house that is easy to live with, blends in to the character of the village but also manages to be visually stunning.
Wrencon was involved in this project from inception right through to completion, having a large involvement in the design stages helped to make the best use of the space available and ensure that the all of the small design features could be achieved.

4 New Bungalows - Nailsea, Somerset
This contract involved constructing four Bungalows on a very tight site in the lovely town of Nailsea. There were a number of constraints due to the size of the site requiring precise planning and implementation to ensure that the build went smoothly but the result is four lovely bungalows forming their own small community.
