Attic Conversion and Nanny Flat

Wrencon was tasked with converting the attic into two further bedrooms and converting the loft above the garage into a studio 'Au Pair' flat at this beautiful modern property in Taunton. It was important on this build to minimise the disruption to the rest of the house as it was already very well presented, to keep the conversion in keeping with the existing house and to complete it in time for the new owners to move in!
